CPEC families! We are so close to getting the year started and couldn't be more excited! In order to make the first day back as smooth as possible, please remember that proof of vaccination is required for students in grades 7-12. There are three types of proof that will be accepted.
1. The wallet sized card, your child received at their vaccination clinic. 2. A printed off copy of their QR code. 3. A screen shot of their QR code downloaded to their phone. Please note, a person is considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving their second dose of a Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. So if a student just recently got vaccinated, and are bringing a printed off QR code or downloaded QR code on their phone, they should bring their wallet card as well. The SK Vax Verifier scanner will only identify students as fully vaccinated if they meet the above criteria. It is important to remember that students who have only their first dose are permitted to attend school on Monday, with the commitment to receive their second does within the next month. If you have any questions, please contact me (Jason Desjarlais) at the high school 306-332-1571 (ext 230).
