Good evening CPEC Families. The decision has been made to err on the side of caution, and close school tomorrow, due to the weather and the overnight forecast of more snow to come, for the safety of our students being transported by school vans and for the safety of staff who commute to CPEC. For those of you on the road, be safe and take your time. For those of you thinking about driving, reconsider. And for those of you at home, stay warm and cozy. We will welcome back the students of CPEC on Tuesday morning.

Good day CPEC High School Families. We would like to extend an invitation to you, as well as your high school students, from grades 7 to 12, to an Open House at the Band Hall on October 13th. We want to share important information with you and give you an opportunity to meet the staff at CPEC High School. Please join us from 5:00 – 6:30, for soup and bannock, dessert and of course, the deadliest door prizes ever!
An invitation will be sent out on Tuesday. Please complete the RSVP portion at the bottom of the note and have your child return it to their homeroom teacher by October 12th. This will give us a better understanding of our numbers and know how much soup and bannock to make. Please note, this is for parents and guardians, as well as their students in grades 7 to 12. Please do not bring younger siblings or other friends and family. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter. We look forward to seeing you again or meeting you for the first time!

Chromebook Round Up

Good day CPEC Families. Please look around your home for CPEC Chromebooks. There are three different styles, including Lenovo, Samsung and Acer. We are asking students to return them to Lisa Cyr, so we can powerwash them, launch any updates and complete any necessary repairs. Even if the Chromebook, for example, has a cracked screen, is missing keys or appears to be beyond repair, please send it anyways. We can always use these Chromebooks for parts. Once we have finished all these items, we will put them back into circulation.
